Here are the answers to a few questions I've gotten more than once.

Q: Which version of the book pays out the most to you?

A: Thinking about this is very kind of you. The brutally honest answer is it's too small a difference for you to worry about.
If you want to support my writing career, the following things matter far more in the bigger picture.
- Talking about the book, be it to me or your friends. Talking to me keeps me motivated, talking to others fosters community.
- Sharing my posts.
- Leaving an honest review. People tend to follow the popular vote, whether they'll admit it or not.
Having said that, the payout from highest to lowest is hardcover, e-book, paperback. This unintuitive order is because of weird math regarding printing costs.

Q: I want to leave a review on Amazon, but my account isn't eligible?

A: Amazon requires you to have spent $50 USD on one of their stores in the past 12 months for you to be eligible to leave a review on that store.
I do not expect you to abide to this borderline dystopian policy, pouring money into Amazon's pockets, just to leave a review for me.
If you want to leave a review anyway, you can do so on Royal Road. Much of my target audience is hiding there, but they'll never find the book, if there is no popular vote to follow.

Q: When does the sequel drop?

A: Easy there. At the moment I am neck deep in getting one book to work, and I am not about to leave it behind, before I am sure it can stand on its own.
The next book will likely be an instalment of the prequel series, a manuscript that is two thirds completed.
In a world where I can live off writing, I am confident that I can write a book a year. In less fortunate worlds, it will be longer.
